This Privacy Policy explains how SignalHub collects and processes personal information as defined by applicable law from its users (“User Personal Information” or “User PI”) and visitors to its website or “Site” (“Visitor Personal Information” or “Visitor PI”). What Information & Why: SignalHub collects User Personal Information for the purpose of providing web-based services (collectively referred to herein as “Services”) to its users. Specifically, SignalHub collects the following types of User PI: First Name and Last Name; Contact information (E-mail address, business address) and profile picture. Visitors to its Site may provide Visitor PI (including name and business email address) so that SignalHub can contact them to provide information about their Services. SignalHub processes PI for various reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including to send you marketing and promotional communications. We process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time.
With Whom?: SignalHub shares PI with trusted Service Providers for the purpose of providing the Services and includes the following types of services: customer relationship management, website analytics, payment processing, integration partners, platform hosting, security monitoring, email marketing, marketing communications, and technical support.
Aggregated Information: SignalHub may use aggregated or de-identified information (not containing personal information) (“Aggregated Information”) to analyze trends and improve its Services.

Your Right to Control and Access Your Personal Information
- Your Account: You may update, correct, or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account and modifying your information or by emailing us at support@SignalHub.top.
- Retention Policy: You may delete data that you have provided to the Services at any time. SignalHub will delete any account information following the termination of a registered account.
- Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a “do not track” (“DNT”) option. SignalHub does not respond to DNT signals.
- EU Users: EU users have several rights with respect to their personal data, including the right to be informed, the right of access, the right of rectification, the right of erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right of data portability, the right to object to processing, and the rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling. Policy On Information Collected From Children:

Changes
SignalHub may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services and the laws applicable to our provision of the Services to you. DMCA Policy
